Rare 1900 Underwood 1 Typewriter

This typewriter was part of our personal typewriter collection and was original kept due to its exceptional condition and excellent decals. 

Made in 1900 with Serial 11XXX  

Mechanical condition:

We cleaned but we could not return to a reliable typewriter due to missing parts and levers. 

Main issue is a problem in its ribbon movement, 

plus, bell does not ding as a small connector is missing to trigger bell, 

Therefore, sold as no working and only as a collectable. 

Cosmetic condition:

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced but we did our best to keep the original condition. 

Its 126 years and will show age signs. 

Excellent Decals for its age. specially those on its front panel
