Serial 1V 90XXXX from 1937.. Most propably made in the US.

Remington Number 5 that looks like "VICTOR S" Typewriter and Was mainly under this serial before starting the Streamline line of Typewriters.  

Excellent cosmetic Condition for its age..

    Mechanics:

    Will smoothly type for hours. 

    Will not recommend for a extremely fast typist. 

    Will not recommend typing in red (second Colour selector) as vibrator holder wont hold the ribbon tight. but perfectly working on first selector black. 

    Nice dinging bell.
