"Vogue" Royal P Typewriter

Rare and most sought after Vogue typeface on this Royal . 

Was part of our personal collection. 

Serial P 158 XXX from 1929

Not exactly sure about the colour name, but it is not common at all. Between red and brown. 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to  working order. 

Smooth to type on. 

Snappy keys. 

New platen fitted can be fitted for extra £145 and will need 2-3 weeks after the order. Still, current platen is very good and I personally  barely used for last 4 years. 

New & fresh Black/Red Ribbon Fitted on metal spools. 

Nice dinging bell and smooth typing. 

Main issue: BACK SPACE is not working due worn lever. Never was a problem for myself as I only return carriage by pushing it one space. 

Cosmetic condition:

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

I will say good to very good cosmetic condition with normal age signs on its main frame and chrome parts. 

Main issue is that top plate has worn paint and some other parts also show the same issue near the keys. 

Comes with Original carrying that secures the typewriter and best not removed from its base. 

New handle fitted. with normal age marks on it. 

New feet for the base.

QWERTY Keyboard  with American $.

VOGUE Typeface. That's on of the most sought after typefaces in the typewriter communities due to its rarity and beautiful design.
