"NOMAD typeface" Smith Corona Sterling Typewriter

NOMAD typeface. 

With special letters like the Curved "C".

Discounted due to lack of case, worn letter "A", and minor mechanical imperfections. 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to working order.

Smooth  typing but this typewriter was rescued and that's the best condition we were able to get it to, 

1st issue is that the Lower case "A", was previously fiddled with and the letter was slightly worm on its edge, so not printing nicely, but if you use the shifted keys, they are all the same as lower case, it will be fine. 

Some letters are not 100% aligned. 

Unfortunately, if you press hard on the keys, it will occasionally skip. Will not recommend for a heavy typist or for someone who pressed the keys hard.  

New & fresh Black/red Ribbon Fitted. 

Cosmetic condition:

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

Rescued original black matte frame. Marks on it due to usage and please check all pictures to evaluate. 

No case for it. 

Keyboard & Font/Typeface:

QWERTY Keyboard 

Uncommon and rare NOMAD Typeface that is all caps and looks too close to double gothic but its the same size on the two levels, 

10 pts per the inch.
