Cosmetic condition:

OK cosmetic Condition, as it was Deeply cleaned its Chrome parts 

Deep inside the Metal parts are fine. 

 Excellent White Keys that are individually cleaned but they will still show usage marks,

Scratches on the bottom due to age and around the knobs due to usage.
