Fully Restored Olivetti Lettera 32 Portable Typewriter | Pristine Condition, Brand-New Platen, 10 CPI Pica & Complete Original Accessories

📖 Product Overview & Historical Significance: Unblemished Mid-Century Craftsmanship Experience the enduring elegance of the Olivetti Lettera 32, a mid-century icon of compact Italian design famously manufactured in Spain. Globally revered by legendary authors—including Cormac McCarthy and Philip Roth—for its sleek, low-profile aluminum body and extraordinarily smooth tactile response, this portable writing machine is built for serious daily use.

This specific machine is an uncommonly pristine, low-mileage time capsule. It appears to have been used very lightly throughout its life, showing almost no mechanical or cosmetic wear. Overhauled across 8 to 10 hours at our UK workshop, it has been upgraded with a brand-new recovered rubber platen roller. Complete with its original Olivetti cleaning brushes, original manual, and excellent carrying case, this set is a rare single-inventory release. We are in no rush to sell this exceptional unit—it is preserved to perfection and waiting for its next owner to type on it for decades to come.
