Serial A 928 XXX from 1940
Mechanical condition:
Professionally restored to working order.
Smooth to type on glass topped keys.
Snappy keys. With tension control.
Types in two colours.
New platen fitted can be fitted for extra £145 and will need 2-3 weeks after the order. Still, current platen is very good and will service for years to come.
New & fresh Black/Red Ribbon Fitted on metal spools.
Nice dinging bell and smooth typing.
Cosmetic condition:
Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.
I will say good cosmetic condition with normal age signs on its main frame and chrome parts.
The main frame will show surface scratches and marks, on lid and the back, so please inspect all photos to evaluate.
Comes with Original carrying that secures the typewriter and best not removed from its base. The case has this nice leather like felt covering it.
