Rare 1929 Demountable Typewriter

Serial 146430 from 1929-1930

I love this typewriter model as it can be easily dismantled.

the top goes off and the platen is easy to release, thus the name "Demountable"

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to  semi working order. as it will need new platen and paper feeders to perfectly operate if you intend to use it. I personally displayed it for 4 years and it was an eye catching typewriter 

New & fresh Red Ribbon Fitted on Original Spools. 

Cosmetic condition:

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

Excellent Decals as I waited years to get one Demountable with the clear decal showing the lady removing  the top of the typewriter. 

Age signs on the typewriter due to age. 

Will be supplied with a new Typewriter Pad from our store.
