Rare "Fraktur typeface" Erika 127 Typewriter.

 The keys are original. Yes.. That's a really rare one. 

There is a story behind these post-war  Fraktur machines.

A club for „preserving the German typerstyles“ ordered later Olympia & Erika & other german  machines and had them adapted by the factory to their needs.

It has, for example, more Ligatures than the pre-war machines. But to get more Ligatures they had to combine other keys.

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to perfect  working order.

Smooth and ready to type for long hours.  

New & fresh Black & Red Ribbon Fitted. Types in two colours. 

Recommended for heavy usage and long hours of typing.

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

Excellent overall condition. and minor surface marks  

Comes with Original carrying lid. excellent condition
